In this role, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensure accuracy throughout the production process, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day flow of the business.

Reporting To: Customer Relations Manager

What You’ll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries related to pricing, timelines, and job status.
  • Resolve concerns with a solution-focused, customer-first approach.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through attentive and personalized service.
Manage Orders with Accuracy and Care:
  • Process job entries, updates, and change orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor orders throughout production to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Adjust orders as needed based on customer feedback or production requirements.
Coordinate Across Teams:
  • Communicate clearly with sales, pre-press, production, shipping and billing teams.
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed of progress, changes, or issues.
  • Partner with estimators and account managers to ensure billing reflects all updates.
Solve Problems Proactively:
  • Identify potential issues before they impact delivery or customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring transparency with customers.
Stay Organized and Detail-Oriented: 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and changes.
  • Prepare documentation to support billing and invoicing accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
  • Share insights on customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues.
  • Support process improvements and participate in team meetings and training.
