What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, timelines, and order status.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, personalized service.

Manage Orders with Accuracy

  • Process customer orders, revisions, and change requests accurately.
  • Monitor jobs throughout production to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
  • Coordinate changes with customers and production teams as needed.

Collaborate Across Departments

  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, and Billing teams.
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed throughout each project.
  • Work closely with estimators and account managers to ensure accurate billing.

Solve Problems Proactively

  • Anticipate potential issues before they affect production or delivery.
  • Work with internal teams to identify practical solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while keeping customers informed.

Stay Organized

  • Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
  • Prepare information required for invoicing and billing.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Support Continuous Improvement

  • Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing process improvements.
